Our insulated storage trailers are rented for the purpose of allowing you, the lessee, the ability to supply your own cooling or heating equipment. Some restrictions may be applied to the alteration of trailer structure.

Maintenance
Maintenance coverage is restricted to Baucom Service equipment only. When your rented storage trailer is in need of routine maintenance or repair, our mobile service vehicles and factory trained mechanics will keep your down time to a minimum.
Requirements
- physical insurance insurance and liability with $500,000 minimum coverage
- credit approval - usually same day
